Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
For bridal bookings, including trials and wedding day services, all retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will be subject to the full balance due.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, allowing us to provide a seamless and elevated experience for every client.
